Danielle Bleazby (Head of Customer Experience - AFL)

With over 20 years’ experience in the event industry and 15 years’ in the AFL industry via Club and the AFL, Head of Customer Experience Danielle Bleazby is responsible for match day experience, fan engagement, the AFL’s eSports strategy and delivery and digital archiving.  Danielle is also involved with the Etihad Stadium redevelopment plans.

Danielle’s purpose is to ensure the customer is at the heart of what we do always.
